Course goal

Identify basic techniques and protocols necessary to support individuals who are traumatized, suffering from cardiac arrest and/or choking.

Specific objectives

1. Understand the importance of prompt action in life-threatening situations.
2. Learn and apply the correct techniques for performing CPR on adults.
3. Gain proficiency in using an AED for defibrillation when necessary.
4. Recognize and respond to choking emergencies.
5. Comprehend the importance of teamwork and communication during emergency situations.
